Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Please ensure that all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
Missing Chocolates: If the delivered box has chocolates missing.
Damaged Product: If the chocolates are completely broken upon delivery.
Conditions for Refund
A clear photo/video of the received item must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
The packaging must be retained as proof to verify damage or missing items.
